Frame number 8518 in bottom bracket shell.

It’s eye-catching, to be sure, but we would have done a few things differently, to say the least.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, we have this rather sad-looking Riviera that has been disguised as a mass-produced, low-end touring bike:
